First of all, we should eliminate the problem of the color ink cartridge at the first time. First, check whether there are four kinds of color inks CMYK in the color ink cartridge. If it is a failure caused by lack of ink, pour in the color ink in time. Then check whether the brand and model of the color ink are correct. Do not use different types of ink to mix, otherwise there will be a risk of burning the nozzle.

The second thing we consider first is the color nozzle, focusing on checking whether the nozzle is damaged and whether the color nozzle has ink blocking problems. If there is no ink blocking problem, or there may be a failure of the piezoelectric crystal inside the nozzle, causing the nozzle to fail to print. If there is a problem with the nozzle, the nozzle should be cleaned or replaced with a new nozzle in time to solve the problem.

The third is the ink tube and ink bag. Carefully check whether the color ink tube is broken and leaking ink, and whether there is color ink flow in the pipe. If there is no color ink flow, it is very likely that the ink tube is blocked or broken. Replace the color ink tube in time. If the color ink bag is broken and cannot filter the ink, then a new color ink bag should be replaced in time.
